The Recruitment Team continually explores candidates that wish to provide enhanced resident care, be part of a new and different cultural and spiritual integration, and that desire the ability to grow personally and professionally through our educational initiatives. We have a full team of Rehab Recruiters that work closely with facilities in hiring initiatives for Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists. Our Nurse Recruiters also work with all facilities in locating Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nurse Assistants. We further offer recruitment services for Administrators, Management, Regional and Corporate positions. We partner with every department of Signature Healthcare to assist them in their search and identification of candidates.
