Signature HealthCARE recognizes that in order to revolutionize the long-term care industry with resident-centered healthcare, we must be willing to assist families caring for their loved ones at home as long as they are able. For those who return home following a stay at one of our nursing homes, we must also be willing to assist them with the transition by continuing care in their home as needed. Providing an opportunity for individuals to remain in an independent environment as long as possible, with necessary care and support, is an important part of our community outreach program.

As Vice President of Community Outreach, Charles Hewgley’s job is to help each Signature facility explore new opportunities to serve their communities with programs and services that might allow persons to remain at home longer. He is responsible for developing the concept for these new programs, forming agreements with State and local agencies to allow us to provide these services, and for training our capable associates to expand our long-term care offering beyond the traditional walls of our facilities.
